Accounts Receivable Team Leader

For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for AR Team Leader position.
Within this position you will be responsible for leading team of 8 people. You will be responsible for overseeing all banking and cash transactions, including reconciling, reporting, embedding controls and process improvement. You will be responsible for month-end closing and reporting, balance sheet and legacy system reconciliations. You will be also designing, implementing, measuring and sharing KPI’s, setting and monitoring the teams objectives and development plans.
We are looking for candidates with fluent English – C1 and previous experience as a team leader/supervisor Accounts Receivable field. Strong Excel skills are also required. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
