For our Client, a global technology company, who has established a Shared Service Center in Krakow few years ago and provide complex business services, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will join OtC team.
Your role:
- Perform all aspects of collections regarding EMEA Customers Portfolio (resolving customer financial queries, managing overdue payments through Collections Workflow, receive and resolve discrepancies, prepare and dispatch dunning letters, assisting in matching payments received)
- Prepare required reports on time (past due, forecast, etc.)
- Escalate and follow up on issues through Collections Workflow Ensure Key Metric’s are met and service is delivered
- Provide required information and documentation for internal and external audit
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
Your background:
- Experience in handling Accounts Receivable activities for at least 1 year, preferably in SSC/BPO company
- Understanding and knowledge of end-to-end AR process
- Very good command of English language Very good command of French
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
- Practical knowledge of SAP
- Analytical skills, focused on details
- Proactive individual with intercultural competence
