Your new role
Accounts Receivable Accountant
This role is to execute accounts receivable processes and ensuring that all payments received are posted accurately and efficiently. More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you need to have written and spoken fluency in English. Experience in a similar role within finance & accountancy area as well as working with ERP system, ideally Oracle would be a great asset. You should possess strong attention to details as well as analytical mind. Economics or finance related educational background would be a highly value added.

Your new role
Accounts Receivable Accountant
This role is to execute accounts receivable processes and ensuring that all payments received are posted accurately and efficiently. More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
- Batching, processing and posting of payments ensuring its accuracy in order to maximise cash flow.
- Clarifying any payments that are not automatically applied and require manual application.
- Assisting with other accounting department deadlines as required during peak periods.
- Processing daily banking into the cash book and general ledger..
- Managing and and reconciling the direct debit system in a timely manner to achieve monthly deadlines
- Carrying out daily reconciliations on the company’s main bank accounts
- Ensuring all allocated queries & tickets resolution are managed ensuring quality and quick response to customers and departmental members
