Our Client, a global leader in technology, data, and marketing services, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant / Coordinator / Team Lead to join their newly created SSC structure!

Our Client is a global leader in technology, data, and marketing services. They have an office in Warsaw, Poland and are currently building a new SSC structure.

Opis stanowiska

• Accounts payable accounting
• Invoice processing, booking PO and non-PO invoices, invoice verification
• Processing, execution and reconciliation of payment transactions
• Carrying out account reconciliation
• Maintenance of vendor master data in D365, Medius
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
• Support in the continuous further development, standardisation and optimisation of internal processes
• General accounting activities
• Coordinating the work of a team (around 2 FTEs)

Profil kandydata

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as AP Team Leader / Senior Specialist or similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide your team effectively
• MS Excel, and other MS Office tools
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Polish is required (German will be a big asset)
• Experience with ERP MS Dynamics D365 and Medius system will be an advantage
