Accounting Specialist
For our client, an international insurance company, with growing exposure, we are looking for an accountant with good proficiency in English. Candidate will be responsible for control accounts reconciliations, identify discrepancies and work with colleagues to clear any outstanding items.

Description
- managing of accounts payable and accounts receivable for foreign service entity
- manage the Procurement Process (starting from Purchase Order up to the invoices payments and posting)
- assure the relevant expense authorisation is provided for each expense
- resolve any AP related queries
- prepare monthly recharge invoices, and make sure the payments are received in a timely manner
- manage general banking, bank funding, resolve payment queries with bank, bank reconciliation
- take part in the month closing process
- assist the Financial Accounting Manager with the preparation and analysis of data for management
- control account reconciliations, AP and Balance sheet reconciliation
Profile
- Master in Finance/Economics
- +3 years of work experience in Accounts Payable, Financial teams
- Very good analytical skills
- Ease in communication with different stakeholders
- Very good MS EXCEL skills (using complex formulas, automation of spreadsheets)
- Financial Oracle skills would be an advantage
