Opis stanowiska pracy

For our Client we are currently looking for:

Accounting ManagerMiejsce pracy: Bielsko-Biała


  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files if necessary and records to document transactions
  • Review and authorise the monthly payroll process, working with the HR department in maintaining an efficient service
  • Monitoring intercompany invoicing relations
  • Yearly consolidated financial statements with subsidiaries
  • Compliance and tax minimisation
  • VAT return statement



  • At least 7 years of working experience in a similar position as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience preparing corporate tax computations as well as experience designing and implementing process improvements and controls
  • Experience in tax management and have an ability to interpret complex financial information, translating that information into business planning, processes and risk management
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations (PAS/IAS/IFRS)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to direct and supervise
  • Account certificate/qualification in Poland
  • Second language required (English or Italian)
