Account Manager, Acceptance and Acquirers

The candidate will be working in tandem with internal partners to identify and cultivate growth opportunities, drive acceptance, engage with acquirers and supporting acceptance to deliver sustainable revenue growth

Our client a world leader in digital payments is searching for an Account Manager for Merchants Sales & Acquirers' department in Warsaw. As a member of the team, the selected candidate will be responsible for cooperation with acquirers and the support of the acceptance projects in Poland

Description

• Cooperation and support for Acquirers in Poland to secure and grow business for Clients and engagement with them
• Take business ownership of acceptance projects including delivery and support for contracts already signed in the country
• Hunt for new business opportunities (including new products cross sell and upsell), prioritize, identify, size and deliver
• Provide subject matter expertise to clients on core elements of the acquiring business and acceptance proposition
• Work with teams to deliver agreed projects within agreed timings and budgets to further drive acquiring business with Clients Managers
• Deliver on priorities in time and the required quality

Profile

• Experience in the payments industry especially in Poland including knowledge and understanding of the commercial drivers for both the Company and other payments ecosystem participants
• Experience with working with Acquirers or banks
• Sales and targets oriented person
• Project management and strong communication skills
• Sales and good presentation skills
• Analytics and power point skills
• Be open minded and excited about the future technologies, willing to learn, work and engage in a multi-cultural environment
• Fluent Polish and English languages spoken and written
