Newshore is a company with a mission to provide the best online shopping experience to our airlines’ customers. We work with new airlines in the world with which we are changing the way people travel and explore the world.
Our business idea is to create a team without hierarchies and rigidities that allows each one to bring out the best he/she has to make products that differentiate our airlines. We believe that people who have talent does not need rules, organization and training plans. They just need to be left to work with others with a similar level of talent, and that from this interaction only good things come (of course, we also have health insurance, cooler full of beverages, large monitors, and all those things that make life easier ...)
In Newshore we are passionate about software development, and we like to do it in a fancy way. But we also like to change the rules of the industry, manage our own company our way, set ourselves our own challenges and having fun while we work.
