FCS was formed to solve recruitment issues and provide staffing solutions that are not currently available in today’s market. Due to traditional recruitment agencies reliance on locally recruited workers and other EU providers who have lost track of their original goals and motives; recruitment companies that can provide recruitment solutions with an ethical standpoint are few and far between.
