Bjertnæs & Hoel is a Norwegian farm company producing and packing lettuce, vegetables and potatoes. The two families Hoel and Bjertnæs, both farmers for more than two generations owns the company.
The big idea; produce high quality food together with great people. A continuously development of a meaningful workplace, influenced by a strong culture of respect, generosity and teamwork. In the growing season we are up to 70 people involved in the farm. Continuously development and innovation of modern growing techniques, products, marketing and people are important. Turnover in 2016 was 7 million Euro.
