For our Client, we are looking for a WREF Digital Signage Engineer who would work with stakeholders to assess site requirements and tech strategy, create and deliver tech solutions to sites in line with global standards. The service will include Digital Signage and Workplace platforms. 

Client is investing in new technology platforms and this will be an opportunity to help build the future experience of employees.

The individual will work with a managed service provider (MSP) to provide expert guidance on operational problems. 
They will also provide deployment support, mostly during the build phase, to ensure the implementation is consistent with the design and global standards. 

The role is also responsible for identifying gaps in the solutions catalogue and technical portfolio. They partner with teams from Core Tech to investigate and deliver new unified communications services.

Type of contract: B2B contract with Hays Poland

Cooperation: min. one year, with the option of extension

Rate: open; Client is open to the requirements of the Candidates

Start date: first quarter of 2024 at the latest

Working hours: full time, standard hours

Workload: hybrid from Poznań (min. 2 days a week from the office)

Technology stack: experience with Digital Signage, Azure, SQL Databases, Networks, Firewalls 

What you39ll be doing:

  • Coordinate with Product Teams to drive the product roadmap with new innovations
  • Supports Product Team in production & implementation of Workplace/Comms products
  • New Feature Requests – Experimentation, Testing, Roll Out, Hand Over to Service Teams. 
  • System Upgrades – Guiding On-the-ground facilities Team on enabling actions. 
  • Provide L3 Support for any major product related issues
  • Documentation on solutions / build/upkeep of existing KB 
  • Oversee the provisioning / deployment of solutions. Provide technical consultation as needed throughout a project deployment.
  • Ensures implementations are standard, operationally scalable and aligned to service strategy & direction
  • Ensures project processes are standard, scalable, transparent, relevant, communicated and documented

What we expect:

 

  • Technically experienced IT professional – minimum of 2–3 years of experience with demonstrable technical background related to engineering and technical project delivery
  • Proven ability to manage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders (both internal and Vendors)
  • Broad experience of technical problem-solving and consulting
  • Proven ability to analyse data to identify trends for the purposes of both cost reduction and service improvement
  • Technical experience in Azure, Digital Signage, SQL Databases, Networks, Firewalls is a plus
  • This requires a solid base in computing or engineering as hands-on technical work will be required (more hardware than software focused role)
  • English proficiency at min. C1 level (international cooperation)
