Our client is a global pharmaceutical company located in Poznan, where it is currently building a new regional People Service Centre. 

Your new role
Currently we are recruiting a candidate for the role of Process & Systems Lead - Workforce Management and Global Mobility. The purpose of this role is to act as Champion, Owner, and Custodian of the Global HR Systems from a Workforce Management and Global Mobility standpoint. In doing so, the you will be responsible for the system process design and it will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
Main responsibilities:
• System Governance - manage all Workday system upgrades, maintain the integrity of the system, partner with the Process and Value Lead to initiate change requests, develop and present system changes to the relevant governance bodies for review and approval;
• Ensure that the systems remain compliant with legal and fiscal or regulatory requirements across countries;
• Provide input and insight to strategic aspects of the systems space;
• Build relationships and influence at a senior level (with key HR Country Heads, the Hub Leads and Effectiveness Leads etc.);
• Assess impact of changing operating models and strategic initiatives in system design and security access;
• System Process Review – review deviations in business processes and work with the GPO team and wider HR to understand the validity of the deviations;
• Partner with the GPO and the Moments that Matter Sub-Process Lead to create a 2-3 year systems strategy in relevant areas, including small and medium system changes responding to cost, VOC, or controls needs;
• Assess and articulate business requirements, analyze design options, seek out and assess solution simplification opportunities where business case justification exists;
• Monitor system adoption and drive the business towards common global solutions, focus on implementing a consumer-level employee experience around the Moments that Matter.

What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a role connected to the Workforce Management and Global Mobility with an overall 10+ years of experience around HR/systems;
• Fluent spoken and written command of English language;
• Experience with Workday mandatory, and ServiceNow preferred;
• Senior relationship management and stakeholder management;
• Large scale business transformation experience in a global company;
• Sound understanding of process simplification and standardization and proven experience in global process and systems roll-outs;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly within a matrix team;
• Understanding/use of Agile Ways of Working and Scrum/Kanban Delivery;
• Understand best practices of HCM solutions within the HR space.
