For our Client from Szczecin we are looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist.

Your new role
Our client in now expanding their team of Workday HCM System Administrators. As an Administrator you are responsible for providing day-to-day Workday production support and serving as a subject matter expert in one or more of the following Workday domains: Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Learning, Compensation, Absence and Time Tracking. This position is a great opportunity to use Workday technical skills and functional HR knowledge to support the team in ongoing enhancements and take part in small projects and major enhancements.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Perform all aspects of Workday system administration, including but not limited to, business process configuration, integration set-up, and security maintenance.
• Provide expertise in multiple Workday modules, including but not limited to HCM, Recruiting, Talent &
• Performance, Learning, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking and Absence.
• Create report and dashboard solutions within Workday and partner with HR and key stakeholders to optimise existing reports.
• Responsible for delivering Workday technology solutions that align with business strategies, while enabling efficiency, and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation.
• Collaborate with team and various stakeholders and to drive an improved user experience.
• Troubleshoot errors, investigate problems, and provide general production support to Workday users. Configure, propose, and test resolutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Ensure data quality through process improvement and audits.
• Support future implementations, including but not limited to, requirements gathering, module implementation, and business process testing.
• Create and maintain Administrator and End-User training materials and provide end-user support.

What you'll need to succeed
• 3+ Years hands-on experience with Workday system administration.
• Configuration experience with multiple Workday domains, specifically Learning, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence and Time Tracking.
• Configuration experience in Security, Reporting and Dashboards.
• Experience in best practices configuring business process steps such as Action, Approval, Approval Chain and creating appropriate Workday security roles.
• Experience with Audit, Governance and GDPR Compliance of the Workday platform.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Excel a must.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
