Your new company
On behalf of our Client, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Workday Functional Analyst (HCM) for one of SSC in Tricity.
Your new role
You will be a part of the newly established Workday Support Team (Tier 2 level 1), attending to any incident identified or addressed by a key user, Help Desk or any other requester. We’re looking for candidate with technical skills in the area of functional administration role. You will be responsible for the assigned functional areas (e.g. HCM Core or Compensation and Benefits), attending to any business process related request, incident or authorization issue. Solving or escalating and managing escalation process till resolution of issue will be also your task. Moreover, the scope of responsibilities includes regularly monitoring interface performance, proactively finding improvement areas to prevent issues, troubleshooting interface related issues and coordinating issue resolution with development, technical, and operations teams. Supporting the Functional Lead in the analysis of new requirements and definition of improvements will be also your responsibility.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have 1-2 years of experience in administrative level and a BS degree. Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must. You are interested in topics related to both the IT and HR and have service orientation and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to communicate, explain and socialize procedures, solution proposals with country key users is required, as well as ability to read and interpret data and deal with complexity. Experience in taking part in transitions of processes is a plus. Workday experience is wishful.
