Model of work:

Contract of employment only
Hybrid work: 3-4 times a week from the office in Poznań

Your next position:

Design, develop, and sustain software for automotive applications.
Work closely with hardware engineers, system architects, and other software developers to create integrated solutions.
Engage in code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
Adhere to the ASPICE process standard.
Diagnose and fix software defects and issues.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our software offerings.

What you will need to succeed?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in software development, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proficient in web application development, primarily frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, or Bash is advantageous.
Experience in software testing is beneficial.
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, FlexRay) is a plus.
Experience with agile development tools, such as Codebeamer, Jira, Confluence.
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, and strong teamwork abilities.
