Model of work: 

• Contract of employment only
• Hybrid work: 3-4 times a week from the office in Poznań

Your next position:

• Design, develop, and sustain software for automotive applications.
• Work closely with hardware engineers, system architects, and other software developers to create integrated solutions.
• Engage in code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
• Adhere to the ASPICE process standard.
• Diagnose and fix software defects and issues.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our software offerings.

What you will need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in software development, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proficient in web application development, primarily frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, or Bash is advantageous.
• Experience in software testing is beneficial.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, FlexRay) is a plus.
• Experience with agile development tools, such as Codebeamer, Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, and strong teamwork abilities.
