The Company

This international organisation is focused on the immunotherapy for cancer and looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator with experience in a GMP as well as a non-GMP setting.

Role Description

In this position you will be part of the supply chain team and have an overall responsibility to develop and maintain a GMP/Non-GMP warehouse and inventory management system. You will be responsible for various tasks from receiving incoming shipments (non-GMP/GMP/GDP) to preparing and delivering raw materials and samples to various departments, ensuring the proper procedure and temperature.

Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the day-to-day assignments
- Receive incoming shipments (non-GMP, GMP and GDP) according procedures
- Prepare and deliver raw materials and samples to various departments ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are being followed
- Perform inventory cycle counts and ensure department supplies are inventoried and ordered to avoid stock-out
- Perform accurate ERP transactions
- Assist with risk assessments (5why's, fishbone diagrams)
- Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Ensure individual employee training is up to date

Requirements

- At least a MBO degree in science, engineering or facilities
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the pharma
- Experience in Suppy Chain or Logistics
- Knowledge of warehouse operations in a GMP and non-GMP environment
- Preferably experience with cold chain
- Flexibility to work second shift, on call hours and irregular hours

In this position you will be active in a clean room environment where you have a responsibility to adhere all safety procedures and GMP requirements at all times. In addition you ensure the warehouse operation is clean and inspection ready at all times.
