For our Client, international company entering Katowice market, we are currently looking for Virtual Training Developer.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will closely cooperate with trainers and experts to transmit content into exciting Web Based Training. You will be responsible for the production of Web Based Training, Video Tutorials and Webinar material as well as administration of the Learning Management System. Moreover, you will design learning paths and develop new ideas by tracking of blended learning trends, platforms and technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you need to hold experience in working independently with learning management systems as well as diverse authoring tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate, Storyline) and video/photo production tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop). You must have methodical and didactical competence including high level of creativity also in visualization. Education in Digital Media Designer, Information/Communication Scientist or something comparable would be preferred. Also, you would be a good fit if you have great team spirit, emotional competence and good communication skills. Knowledge of IT programming will be your strong advantage. Due to work in international company, you need to have fluent English language skills.
