Job Purpose:
As a Verifications Specialist you will conduct employment verifications and education verifications on behalf of our clients.
Every day, our amazing team provides solutions to prospects and clients, gaining their trust while enhancing long-term partnerships. When you join us, you'll be part of a high-performing team that truly values your contributions will allow you to grow within the business


Key Accountabilities:
• Complete work for our biggest profile client’s
• Examine and cross reference CVs and consent forms
• Contact companies and educational institutions to verify the claims of candidates
• Contact clients and candidates for missing information
• Write accurate reports, flagging any discrepancies
• Quality check files to ensure the client’s specific standards are met
• Deal with client questions and concerns in a timely manner



Requirements:
• Fluency in English and German
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication abilities, both oral and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Language skills are beneficial to the role
• Administration experience will be an asset but it's not required

Within this specialism we operate 3 units: Office Support/Secretarial (from office junior and data entry roles up to administration manager, office manager and project management positions), Human Resources (HR Manager and Director roles as well as HR Advisor , Generalist and Specialist jobs), Contact Centre/BPO (from Agent / Advisor level positions in inbound service & sales, inbound or outbound customer service representatives to centre team leader and team manager, as well as call centre trainer and operations director roles).
