Associate Vacancy Management Partner: Leicester
This role is a great opportunity to join one of our most exciting and dynamic teams. As an Associate Vacancy Management Partner you will manage the vacancy life cycle end to end and interact with a varied array of stakeholders.
What you will do:
You will serve as the main point of contact for Resource Managers receiving vacancies from them and advising them with updates on the recruitment process. You will liaise with various internal departments and external agencies in order to fulfil their requirements.
You will be accountable for operational management of suppliers within defined area in order that agreed timetables/SLAs/rations are fulfilled both on Temporary and permanent contract agreements. An important responsibility is that you will be accountable for receiving permanent job roles and cascading as appropriate using Hays Consultants and HTS delivery via agreed technology and Hays systems as well as receiving permanent job roles and cascading as appropriate using Hays Consultants and HTS delivery via agreed technology and Hays systems. It is crucial that vendors have the appropriate information in order to fulfil vacancies and arranging Hiring manager/supplier briefing calls as necessary.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal as coordinating stakeholders and clients are key elements of this position. You will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders of various levels. You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise. You will have a good level of IT skills with experience in Word, Excel and Outlook.
The ability to work to tight timescales is also essential, with an understanding of SLA’s desirable. Having worked in a service environment of any kind previously is an advantage, as is previous client facing experience.
