Your new role:

Your new role will be working at our Hays Talent Solutions office in Leicester. You will be responsible for the management of end to end of the recruitment process. Coordinating stakeholders and clients are of the Key elements of this position.

What does the role involve?

This role is varied, fast paced and contains many aspects of administration, communication and co-ordination. Some of these tasks include:

• Accountable for delivering of contractual SLA’s
• Accountable for operational management of suppliers within defined area
• Accountable for working with the client to ensure full understanding of the role, consulting on appropriate approach and educating the client where appropriate on the recruitment lifecycle and technology
• Responsible for ensuring that the client utilises that technology and inputs the vacancy with the job description
• Management of requisition authorisation process
• Manage supplier briefings when client involvement required,
• Release vacancies to the appropriate channel – Sourcing and / or Vendor management
• Receipt of shortlists of candidates produced for line manager
• Ensuring that suppliers have the appropriate information in order to fulfil vacancies
• Ensure that suppliers comply with the selection tools as per client requirements
• Responsible for facilitating supplier briefings where appropriate
• Pre-select candidates from suppliers and provide a shortlist to the Client
• Liaise with Line managers to obtain feedback at all stages in the recruitment lifecycle
• Ensure utilisation of client systems admin where appropriate- authorisation/I/v scheduling/PO raising/Headcount reporting
• On receipt of offer, facilitate offer process with supplier and ensure all appropriate information is supplied.
• Accountable for managing the Supplier through the recruitment cycle.
• Ensure that vendors work in compliance with client contractual requirements and work in conjunction with an agreed process
• Issue management and resolution with key stakeholders
• Responsible for relationship management with vendors

• Good education level with literacy and numeracy grades
• Good professional communication skills; written and verbal
• Accurate data entry and good level of IT skills
• Ability to follow processes and meet SLAs and deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience of chasing information in a confident professional manner
• Experience of working in a service environment desirable
• Use of Word, Excel and Outlook
