Value Stream Manager
Miejsce pracy: WrocławOur client, international manufacturing automotive supplier would like to attract a manager who will hold a role of Value Stream Manager, whose responsibilities involve:
- Creating value stream maps, and on their basis, creating, monitoring and optimizing processes (mainly assembly process) in subordinate value streams (from defining the product, through the demand for materials and products, storage, production, and shipment of finished products).
- Ensuring the quality of documents created in the supervised area, appropriate to the needs of the organization, layouts and procedures.
- Liasing with customers.
- Ensuring an adequate level of employment, qualifications and development of employees to achieve business goals.
- Coordinating work in the subordinate area
- Active participation in the project valuation process and determining the annual budget.
- Identifying and presenting the loss elimination initiative and saving projects.
- Organizing and conducting Lean Manufacturing training.
Our Client's main requirements:
- Higher technical education
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position
- Experience in working in the Lean environment
- English language at least good level B2
- Skills of analytical thinking and solving technical problems.
- Wide interpersonal skills and attitude towards teamwork
- Highly developed communication skills
