Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Overijssel Netherlands.
Deze klant doet innovatief onderzoek voor het ontwikkelen van producten ter verbetering van de gezondheid van mensen.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Voor dit project zal je 2 tot 3 dagen per week werken. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om op 5 verpakkingslijnen serialisatie en aggregatie te implementeren. Casepacker implementeer je op 1 verpakkingslijn. Met Antares upgrade je de software op alle lijnen
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bestaande validatie strategie tot zich nemen en Lijnen uitzetten met betrekking van validatie van Serialisatie en aggregatie
- Validatie aanpak van de nieuwe casepacker.
- VPP, DQ, IA, PQ opzetten en implementeren
- Actieve rol in URS
- SAT documentatie bundelen van leveranciers en eventuele additionele IQ/OQ testen in protocol schrijven.
- Validatie strategie opstellen en uitwerken voor de PQ/PV’s (op basis van bestaand strategie)
- Validatie strategie voor toekomstige variaties in bedrukking uitwerken
- VSR opzetten en afronden
REQUIREMENTS
- Ervaring met seralisatie en aggregatie en/of verpakkingslijnen
- Computervalidatie kennis
- Kennis van Documentum is een pre
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
