Your new company:

For our Client, IT & Data Center located in Katowice, we are currently looking for UX/UI Designer.


Your new role:

• As Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) you will take over project management and work closely with internal departments as well as external agencies
• You will create and develop new web-based tools as well as apps for the entire company
• Your task is the active further development of the design guidelines and implementation of the UI/UX design processes in coordination with stakeholders and partners
• You work with a good eye for detail and ensure consistency in the design language across platforms and products
• You bring your creative side to all thoughts, get to the heart of problems and ask the relevant questions
• Planning design and user research to identify user needs, trends and competitors are part of your responsibilities
• The documentation, presentations as well as the daily work with the design specifications according to the company design process are part of your responsibilities

Requirements:

• With your degree in human-machine interaction, media design or a comparable education, as well as several years of professional experience as
  a UX/UI designer in digital agencies or corporate environments, you have the required tools of the trade
• You think in terms of solutions along the customer journey, your aspiration is the optimal user experience and outstanding design
• You have experience with design systems and a good knowledge of common design and prototyping tools such as Figma

• You also have hands-on experience with common UX methodologies (user research, persona, wireframes, usability testing, etc.)
• Your very good MS Office skills as well as your analytical abilities help you in your daily business
• You speak fluent English, (German basics is an advantage)
• Team spirit, creativity and your strategic way of working complete your profile
