Your new role
In your new role as a User Researcher (m/f/d), you are responsible to co-create a central User Research Repository for our internal products. Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research for our product teams and support them building digital products, which match the needs of our expert users, with our UX and usability insights. We want you to evolve your own ideas and bring them to life. Contribute to our UX strategy, build up the User Research discipline for our internal products from the scratch and enjoy a high degree of self-efficacy.

Your new role
In your new role as a User Researcher (m/f/d), you are responsible to co-create a central User Research Repository for our internal products. Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research for our product teams and support them building digital products, which match the needs of our expert users, with our UX and usability insights. Contribute to our UX strategy, build up the User Research discipline for our internal products from the scratch and enjoy a high degree of self-efficacy.
Your role and responsibilities
- Work in a young, fast growing Enterprise Software UX team
- Co-create holistic UX research processes, frameworks, UX research repository for the internal products research
- Conduct exploratory user research, concept validation and usability testing
- Perform user research to gather qualitative and quantitative insights for how internal users from all over the world experience their daily tasks with our Freight Information System
- Advocate UX research in our product teams and support their design decision-making processes with your discoveries
- Review, analyze and transform data into actionable insights to improve the experience of our users
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 + years of experience as a UX Researcher or in similar role
- Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design practices and principles
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, e.g., user interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, usability testing, web analytics,
- Experience conducting research at various stages of product development
- Ability to present your working results to various stakeholders
- Curiosity and drive to continually improve our UX research processes
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in an international and multicultural organization
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have skills
- Experience in UX Research for enterprise software
- Working experience in international logistics context
- Polish and German language skills are welcome
