UI Developer with Angular

The SUB Business Information Portal offers direct access to product sales-, client- and performance information as well as fast access to other important reporting tools and documents.

The BI2 application is a key strategic project providing Standard Reporting and Self Service BI capabilities to the business. Standard Reporting covers a number of different business areas including Client Reporting, Product Reporting and Performance Reporting. Self Service BI provides a framework and environment of tools and capabilities for business users to develop adhoc solutions according to demand from end users including regulatory and compliance departments. Microsoft BI tools are used extensively in the project with MSSQL used as the primary database. BI/2 is developed with MSSQL, SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, C#, HTML 5, ANGULAR 5

The project now is in a migration phase (Silverlight to Angular) - the application is being re-written with some amendments.

Team: • Data Warehouse team consists of 30 people - UI/UX Designer, Requirement Engineer, FrontEnd and Backend Developers, Testers (Manual and Automation), Project Manager and Technical Leaders. There are 4 projects being developed in the team. In all cases we work based on SCRUM methodology, cooperating directly with our ZH partners with regular deliveries done in 2-weeks sprints.

• Writing code in Angular 5.0 or higher as target framework.
• Working on BI2 portal within an agile project team you will participate in all aspects of delivering software projects.
• Participating in the development, with close cooperation of backend developers and testers.

• 4+ years of experience in FrontEnd development
• 2+ years in total in Angular 2 or higher
• High knowledge of HTML5 / JavaScript, CSS, SCSS
• Knowledge of RxJS
• Knowledge of .NET
• Ability to write unit tests (Karma + Jasmine)
• Problem solver, team player, great communication skills
• Basic experience leading small team or driving significant change in the project
• Good verbal and written English skills

• Some manual testing

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or similar

• Basics knowledge Bootstrap
• Strong OOP, design and architecture skills.
• Passion for delivering quality software using best practices in chosen technology
• Experience with any of these SQL Server / Oracle
• Experience with REST Services (WebAPPI) and EF to understand backend
