For our Client – international organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position Travel and Expenses Specialist with French or German.
The key responsibilities are: Settling and processing of travel and expenses in accordance with local regulations, Handling company credit cards, Keep documentation for Travel Expense processes updated, Performing regular audits to ensure that internal controls and Policies are followed, Resolving with the employee discrepancies and errors discovered during audit, Answering employee’s queries, Reconciliation of T&E accounts, Preparing ad-hock reports.
As ideal Candidate for this role will hold preferably university degree in economics or business administration with major in accounting/ finance and have relevant working experience of at least 1-2 years, ideally experience in SAP. Moreover high attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be required. Fluency in English and French or German - written and spoken is a must.
