Currently for our Client, a global organization from automotive industry, establishing its new structures in Katowice, we are currently looking for the Candidates for the position of Travel and Expenses Manager.
Your new role
Acting as T&E (Travel and Expenses) Manager & Global Business Process Owner you will be responsible for proposal and delivery of long term T&E process agenda. This will include ensuring appropriate end to end process design as well as leading change projects in the organization. The person will manage the T&E team in Poland and abroad. The manager will also be responsible for optimization activities, will lead global process standardization and internal controls enforcement. This position will also provide oversight and support for key projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
What you'll need to succeed
Suitable Candidates possess master’s degree in Economics, International business or related. Understanding of Travel & Expense, previous T&E experience recommended, but not essential, experience in project and change management, 1 year of people management experience, excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, Fluent English (min. C1)
