Travel and Administration Assistant
Miejsce pracy: 71-627 SzczecinYour main responsibilities will include:
• Organization of travel and accommodation for our technicians around the world
• Optimization of expenses in the field of booking of flights, ferries and lodging
• Ensuring the quality of accommodation according to company standards
• Overseeing the internal flow of documents within the travel department and assisting with reports
• Taking care of project employees’ insurance
• Basic administration duties such as assistance in preparation of visits and events
