Requirements:
- Experience within a transport planning environment (ideally end to end experience from order capture - invoicing and freight settlement)
- Working experience in a European transport control tower would be a distinct advantage
- Working knowledge of transport systems (preferably SAPTM)
- Good geographical knowledge
- Excellent Microsoft Excel/ Office skills
- Language skills: English (mandatory) + Danish would be advantageous
Duties:
- You will be responsible for day to day order management, transport planning, scheduling, optimisation and freight settlement for multiple European sites
- You will work closely with the rest of team, internal customers and carriers to ensure transport plans are achievable, cost effective and deliver a premium service
- Yours daily duties included: transport load planner to take responsibility for day-to-day planning, management and coordination of loads for all modes of transportation
- You will be responsible for arranging the collection and delivery of product on time using the most cost effective means possible and with the best use of available resources
- We expect from you highly organised, proactive individual with a great eye for detail
