Transport DirectorMiejsce pracy: Poznań, Ostrów Wielkopolski
Your role is going to be a decision-making director with responsibility for develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain goals. You will have an opportunity to grow up as a manager and to work in the international and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for managing transport of dangerous goods;
Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures;
Optimize team’s work (internal employees and truck drivers);
Implement new processes in line with corporate guidelines and goals;
Responsibilities for quality of operations with regard to customer requirements in Poland and abroad;
Streamline internal processes to minimize costs and stay competitive;
Control annual budgets and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations;
Reporting to the management board.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of job related experience in transportation;
Higher education level achievement;
Knowledge of ADR rules;
Leadership skills;
Excellent communication in English (C1 preferred);
Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics;
Ability to navigate stressful situations;
Communication skills.
