On behalf our Client, global company providing innovative products and services in B2B, we are searching a candidate for a position of Transition Senior Specialist in new company’s SSC in Tricity.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for coordinating of the knowledge capture and migration activities for one or more locations. Scope of responsibilities also includes project and stakeholders management and develop of activities with the specific region.
The candidate will be responsible for all deliverables relating to process migration and monitoring of all progress against plan. The candidate should presents well-developed understanding of business/finance processes (end-to-end F&A process understanding) and good understanding of the transition methodology, SLAs and KPIs and FTE analysis
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidate with out of the box mindset. The ideal candidate for this role is a Specialist within Project Management or Transition processes. You should have previous experience in process migration (2 years) and strong project management skills. We also expect experience within managing the execution of transition projects during the whole project lifecycle (scheduling; planning; reporting; implementation; support) You will be also responsible for coordinating transition schedules, preparing transition summaries and reports, organizing meetings and tracking the performance across defined phases and work streams. The candidate will contribute to the design and the development of transition methodology. We expect strong analytical and problem – solving skills. The candidate should be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.
