Transfer Pricing Specialist

Our Client is an international manufacturing company, the leader of their market. For their Center of Excellence located in Wroclaw we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Transfer Pricing Specialist.

The role will support Group and Regional reporting in terms transfer pricing and tax-related queries and will participate in creating new finance structure.

Description

Transfer Pricing Compliance

• Preparation of Masterfile
• Preparation of foreign TP documentation
• Review of foreign TP local files
• Preparation of TP documentation for extraordinary transactions and Financing transactions
• Preparation of Contry-by-Contry reporting
• DAC6 reporting and filing/review of potential cases in MDR tool

Transfer Pricing Management

• Review of intercompany contracts
• Review of foreign intercompany transaction matrices
• TP setting in individual cases
• TP monitoring and Year-end adjustments

Profile

• Master's Degree in Economics, Business administration, Finance or similar degree courses
• Over 3 years' work experience as Transfer Pricing Professional in one in a tax consulting firm or an internationally operating group preferably in a shared service setup
• Advanced transfer pricing analytical skills
• Very good MS Office skills and solid SAP skills
• Willingness to work with multicultural and cross-functional stakeholders
• Very good communication skills based on very good written and spoken English, German skills are of advantage
