Transactional Advisory Junior Manager
You will be responsible for managing a team of analysts,sales of services and building long-term relationships with customers, independent project management including M&A processes and also independent and comprehensive management of projects including, enterprise valuation, asset valuation (receivables, etc.), financial modelling and feasibility study.
The ideal candidate shall havemin. 3 years of experience in the field of M&A and Corporate Finance, interdisciplinary knowledge and predispositions allowing for independent planning and management
and coordinate the team and complex design processes, ability to conduct meetings with customers and co-workers, involvement in the creation of the company's development activities and updating the services offered,have knowledge of commercial company law and financial law, communicativeness and high personal culture,independence and high level of team management skills, very good knowledge of English.
