Role Description

In this position you will lead the review of all trainings and communications with workstream points of contact; incorporate all feedback and revise as needed.

Responsibilities

- Create draft of content for trainings and communications based input received from workstreams
- Synthesize information from workstreams into comprehensive, role-based training materials to include job aids, training manuals, quick reference guides,
videos, knowledge checks, etc.
- Finalize communications and training based on input received and distribute (where applicable)
- Design and format layout of training materials, communications to align with JJCO and sector standards
- Manage logistics and planning of train the trainer program, where applicable
- Develop train the trainer curriculum and approach and any necessary materials
- Facilitate train the trainer program to ensure all trainers are prepared to deliver end user training
- Manage logistics of trainings
- Liaise with sector training representatives and BRQC to plan, schedule and administer all JJCO related trainings
- Ensure all trainings are posted to necessary training websites/portals within each sector
- Develop and disseminate all training-related communications, including announcements, sign-ups, follow-up sessions, etc.
- Maintain master project plan/timeline of all scheduled and planned trainings across JJCO packages; regularly update based on input from workstreams,
BRQC, change management team, etc.

Requirements

- Master’s degree or Minimum bachelor level with 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent in English
- Strong administrative skills
- Communications background
- Strong written communications skills
- Ability to translate complex information into digestible concepts
- Knowledge of clinical operations
