About the role
As a Training Coordinator your main responsibility will be to process and project teams and provide daily support to your team and dedicated internal clients. You will assist manager and L&P team with implementing an executing training related tasks. The highly regulate trainings will be for these departments: supply chain, quality, manufacturing and warehouse.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the training process and logistics: including reporting, admin, training evaluations, producing training materials and setting up training rooms
Be the internal point of contact: regarding any issue for the organization in the training assignments
In charge of administrative aspects of the trainings
Follows up on training metrics (KPI’s)
Requirements
MBO/MEAO in professional secretarial education or Bachelor’s degree/HBO
2 - 5 years of related professional experience
Experience as a Training Coordinator
Good communication skills in English
Other information
