Due to our continued growth, Global Wind Service expands the organization with a Training Coordinator. The position is ideal for persons who like coordination and documentation tasks with international perspective .
GWS will take care of your introduction to the position and provide any needed specialized training.
The position is located at our office in Szczecin. Travelling days can occur.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan Basic Safety Trainings and Service Trainings for Technicians.
Plan and book trainings for projects in close corporation with Project Managers.
Specialist in client training systems.
Ensure training documentation is forwarded in accordance with processes.
Forward training evaluations to HR.
Approval of invoices related to training.
Proactively monitor expiry of certificates.
Person Specification:
Fluent English written and spoken
Cooperative, communicative, open-minded and flexible – also with respect for other people and other cultures.
Ability to exercise patience, reflect on situations and be prepared to tie up all the loose ends.
Systematic and persistent self-starter able to work under limited supervision
Ability to keep up a positive attitude when things move fast.
Ability to cope with routine tasks as well as changes.
Good computer and database skills.
