As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand presence and accelerating sales through strategic trade marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to create impactful promotional programs and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand positioning and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, retailers, and distributors to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in trade marketing or a related field within the FMCG industry (or food retail), demonstrating a strong track record of successful brand promotion and sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Polish language.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
