Tools developer (System-Administrator)

As member of our Custom Integrations and Tools team, part of our system administration team in Cracow, this role requires a clear logical thinker that can convert customer business processes into scripts and tools. On the one hand, you will be working with Project and Account Managers to convert customers’ file processing requirements into scripts using our custom framework. On the other hand, you will help to maintain and create the many internal tools and web applications used by our and other parts of the company.


Required skills:

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills with less technical colleagues
• 1-2 years scripting experience in a language such as perl, python, php, ruby
• HTML, javascript, XML, JSON, AJAX experience
• Linux experience: tools such as bash, sed, awk, grep
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience with revision control system such as SVN, git
• Excellent written and spoken English

In addition, it’s advantageous to have experience of the following:

1. object oriented programming
2. XLST
3. Perl development experience
4. Web application designing
