For our Client - enterprise-class Software Development Company located in Katowice we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Quality Assurance Engineer.
Your new role
We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for reviewing documentation and reporting gaps and issues. You will write and maintain automated tests using Ruby/Selenium/Capybara. What is more, you will support release process executing regression tests and support product demonstration by preparing data and running acceptance tests. Additionally, you will execute manual tests based on documentation (User Stories) and experience (exploratory testing). We are looking for Candidate, who will be responsible for reporting functional and non-functional issues.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to have at least basic knowledge and experience in software testing and at least basic programming skills (Ruby is prefered). Experience in working with web-based, enterprise systems and experience in writing and maintaining automated UI or/and API tests is also highly desirable. Having ISTQB Certification would be you additional plus. You need to have analytical skills and be self-motivated. Solid verbal and written communications skills in English are highly desirable.
