Test Team Manager
Location: Trójmiasto
The person on the Test Manager position will be responsible for ensuring E2E-test during the transition to new system in the Nordic countries. This project will involve a lot of systems placed on different platforms.
Responsibilities:
-Coaching and helping teams,
-Ensuring agility and excellent deliveries,
-General test management,
-Project responsibility,
-Resource management,
-Quality assurance.
Requirements:
-Proven track record as TM for larger IT inititives,
-Agile Methods (Scrum/FDD/XP/Crystal/DSDM),
-English skills on professional level,
-Experience in banking area will be a plus.
