Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead a newly formed team of engineers focused on developing & testing innovative products which support Company’s strategies. Holding this position you should be experienced in all areas of engineering management, including recruitment, task assignment, technical mentoring, performance & financial management, design process implementation & improvement, and project management. You will also collaborate with other company’s departments to ensure the timely development of high quality products.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to have university degree and at least 7 years of embedded firmware and test engineering experience. 2-3 years of technical project management or engineering management experience is also required. Additionally, you should have an experience in creation of test cases, test strategies, test plans, and test procedures to validate a products compliance to the specified firmware and/or electrical requirement. An ideal candidate is familiarity with Communication protocols, controllers and software tools. Solid verbal and written communications skills in English are essential.
