For our Client, one of the world’s leading biotechnology companies we are currently recruiting for a position of Tenders and Contracts Specialist with French or Italian. We require 3 to 5 years of experience in sales administration or customer care if possible in the medical or biotechnology field. Main task of hired person will be managing public tenders and other types of Contracts to ensure their completeness, accuracy and compliance with company procedures and rules. Key responsibility will be contributing to the implementation of the company strategy by assisting the sales force in managing the opportunities generated by tenders and customer contracts. Hired person will be also anticipating the expectations of internal and external clients by developing strong partnerships and positive experiences with them, will take personal responsibility for its own field of activity and strive to respond to all requests quickly and professionally. Person on this position will identify potential problems in the bidding and contract management process and proactively inform those affected and decision-makers. We are looking for people who are able to assess the consistency, quality and compliance of public tenders and contracts, can handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment, are willing to take on additional responsibilities and acquire new skills, adapt to change and are solution-oriented. We require Office and Excel skills in particular (SAP / CRM experience desirable). Knowledge of the methods and procedures of the Public Procurement Administration will be an asset. Excellent French or Italian written and verbal communication skills as well as good command of English is a must. Our client offers career development in international environment, salary range on level of 9 000 PLN gross monthly, relocation package as well as additional benefit system (private medical care, sport card, language course and more).
