Technology Transfer Project ManagerMiejsce pracy: Łódź
Tasks:
- Responsibly and successfully lead several technology transfer, optimization and compliance complex projects from the start to the end.
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation such as: TT Protocol for TT project, Evaluation Report for OPT projects and Project Order (timeline, costs and resources in MS Project) and Risk assessment in accordance with working instructions and procedures.
- Creation and leadership of cross-functional Project Team including a team communication plan, organization of teamwork, setting priorities and to-dos, organization of team meetings and reports.
- Tracking realization, delegate tasks, involving stakeholder who need to be accountable and involved.
- Coordination with our Purchasing and Supply Chain Strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience in successfully leading complex projects for Technology Transfer that involve changes in the manufacturing process of pharmaceutical products, preferably solid oral dosage forms, analytical methods and product and process optimization.
- 4 - 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry related to manufacturing, quality or regulatory experience.
- Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Science or Chemical and Pharmaceutical Engineering.
- Experience in PMO processes.
- Knowledge of the relevant pharmaceutical guidelines (such as EU guidelines, ICH guidelines, GxP etc.) and practical experience in compliance projects for lifecycle management of pharmaceutical products.
- English B2/ C1
- Openness to business travel
- Analytical thinking skills and very good organizational and communication skills.
