- IT implementations in Medical Affairs;
- Manage global, regional and local application projects with varying levels of complexity;
- Specify our clients project requests, taking into account the IT guidelines and procedures;
- Group, prioritize and optimize those requests;
- Leading virtual teams, in particular for development projects and deployment of systems;
- Guard scope and timing of various projects;
- Manage regular status meetings and chase people to achieve milestones;
- Identify, report & mitigate risks and issues;
- Plan, organize & facilitate meetings and workshops - where needed;
- Process analysis and mapping.
- Content management concepts;
- Plus: Veeva Vault, JIRA;
- SharePoint;
- The full O365 suite;
- Visio.
We are looking for:
- Medior to Senior (min. 4 years experience in IT project management);
- Independent worker and able to move activities forward on his own;
- Experience working in a large, corporate environment - preferably pharma;
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment and to cope with ambiguity;
- Pro-active in aligning with IT partners and various stakeholders;
- Strong logical thinker & problem solver;
- Thinks in pragmatic approaches;
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must;
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Some flexibility in working hours is required (sporadically over-time or weekend);
- Strong and correct communicator;
- Very good knowledge of local language and English.
- Position for 32 hours a week
- Temporary position of 1 year;
- Location: Antwerp region, Belgium.
