We are looking for TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing second level ticket-based support to external clients of the Warehouse Management System.
- Solving and replying in English to support tickets raised by external users of an application (Clients) and internal users (e.g. other departments members).
- Analyzing root-causes and identifying resolution for production issues with an application or infrastructure.
- Creating and updating documentation.
- Helping testers in the testing of the system.
- Reproducing and documenting bugs.
- Assisting the development team with simple development tasks.
Requirements:
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and skills in most application layers: database (SQL), data access and data analysis, business logic, UI.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Positive (can-do) attitude.
- Very good English skills (verbal and written).
- Good knowledge and skills in: SQL Server, SQL, T-SQL
- Meeting commitments.
- High level of integrity displayed
Nice to have:
- Experience in writing user documentation
- Basic knowledge and skills in:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and XML
- Web services (SOAP and/or RESTful)
