Our Client, a prestigious and highly respected global company from Lodz is urgently seeking a Technical Support Agentsfor their Centre in Brno( Czech Republic).

The main responsibility of the successful candidate will be providing technical support and customer service to customers on smart phones and other communication devices, diagnose the issues and providing a path to resolving inquiries. Moreover the duties will includelog calls from customers onto CMS and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems and issues.

The successful candidate has min.1 year of experience in Customer Service department – best in 1st line support. Fluency in German and English is a must. A high level of computer literacy including experience with various telecommunication devices, operation systems and software applications. Willing to work from Mon-Sun from 8-20.
