Technical Service Representative with Dutch

For our client - a global leader in the intelligent energy solutions industry, we are looking for a Technical Service Representative with Dutch. Working in a new technology center in Katowice, Poland.

What your responsibilities will be:

- Remote technical support to customers and contractors (phone calls, chats and emails).

- Diagnose grid-related solar system problems encountered during product installation and commissioning by using general knowledge, product diagrams, data stored in the knowledge base, and other available sources of information.

- Provide updates to the knowledge base used by other technical support representatives 

- Document all activities in the ticketing system and other database software platforms.

- Attend and complete all training activities required for this position, including online e-learning and hands-on training.

- Maintain technical knowledge using a learning management system (LMS).

What must you possess to be successful?

- Experience in customer service

- Basic understanding of IP network technology.

- Knowledge of electrical engineering.

- Strong soft communication skills.

- Advanced knowledge of English and Dutch.

- General knowledge of Microsoft Office products and effective use of them while on the phone with the caller.
