Description
- Implement strategies and yearly business plan to systematically develop new business (with focus on key accounts) by providing standard or customer specific solutions.
- Develop sales by offering technical advice to automotive industry by offering superior solutions to their needs.
- Assure correct, effective and customer-oriented execution of sales.
- Serve as link between key accounts and the company head office.
Profile
- Engineering degree, economics or equivalent successful business experience.
- Professional experience of at least 3+ years, with relevant functional experience
- Excellent skills of product presentation and client relationship development (automotive industry nice to have)
- Good communication & presentation skill, self-motivated and result-oriented
- High flexibility and commitment / readiness for action
- Honest and loyal, goal-oriented self-starter (willingness to perform)
- Identification with quality-philosophy / high quality thinking
- Optimistic approach and solution orientation
- Fluent english
