Due to further development and a need to strengthen personnel we are searching for experienced Technical Director.

Our client is an international production company of metal parts.
Description
A person hired on this position will be responsible for:
- Managing areas of Technology, New launches and Maintenance and close cooperation with Production Department
- Directing Managers in Technical Department responsible for special processes, production automation, implementing new technologies, Design Office and cross-functional teams
- Close cooperation with key clients on technical projects
- Engineering, Program Management and Testing functions/departments to ensure complete and correct quote, tooling and budgeting for programs
- Developing strategic plans and establishing consistent practices within manufacturing engineering to conform to industry standards and customer requirements
- Ensuring the accuracy of cost analysis, reviews business forecasts and implements action plans designed to meet forecast levels
- Managing resources to ensure labor utilization is maximized through accurate scheduling and proper material availability to meet production and expense goals
- Maintaining and expanding expertise on current manufacturing processes that strives for continuous improvement within assigned teams
- Providing leadership for employee through effective communications, coaching, training, establishing goals and developing employees and leaders.
Profile
- Higher Technical Education; MBA will be an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production company - preferably automotive
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role (technical or engineering area
- Wide experience in creating budgets, production planning and project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary multi-organization teams led by Managers of each area
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across the organization
- Strong project planning and resource management skills with all associated processes and Tools
